Shop Sublimation Transfers for Mugs, Jerseys, and Hard Goods

Sublimation only works when the color hits right and the sheet’s packed tight.

So we built gang sheets that do both. Upload your art, we print full color at 400°F, and you press it on poly. No cracking. No vinyl feel. Just bright, all-over prints that last.

We run thousands of feet of sublimation paper every week at DTF Louisville. And the shops winning with sub are the ones ganging tight and skipping the setup fees. These sheets do exactly that.

Sublimation Gang Sheet Collection - Pick Your Width

Custom Sublimation Gang Sheet 30" Wide | Upload Your Design | Full Color Transfer

The everyday workhorse.

Upload one big design or gang 20 logos. 30" wide gives you room for left-chests, sleeves, and youth prints without paying for empty space. Full color, no setup fees, no minimums. This works well because most presses run 15x15 or 16x20; you can cut and press all day from one sheet.

Order it if you’re running short jobs, samples, or small-batch drops.

Do You Need Sublimation Transfers

Sublimation is different from DTF, and you need to know where it fits.

Sublimation Transfers use heat to turn dye into gas. That gas bonds only with polyester or poly-coated blanks. The result is permanent, breathable, and has zero hand feel because there’s no ink layer sitting on top. Colors pop on white or light garments, but forget about cotton or dark shirts.

Why Print Shops Choose These Gang Sheets

1. Color that actually pops

Sublimation lives and dies on poly content. Press these on 100% polyester or 65/35 poly blends at 400°F for 45–60 sec, medium pressure. Colors go neon-bright. Press on cotton and they’ll look faded. This works well because our ink profile is tuned for vivid reds and deep blacks — the two colors that wash out first on cheap transfers.

2. No cracking, no peeling, no feel

The dye turns to gas and bonds into the fabric. It’s not sitting on top like vinyl or DTF. So it stretches, breathes, and survives 50+ washes. Customers think it’s screen printed.

3. Pay for art, not air

Blank space costs you money. Our 30" and 70" sheets let you pack designs edge-to-edge with 0.1” gaps. One shop in Louisville cut their cost per print from $0.92 to $0.61 just by switching to the 70" builder.

And yeah, there’s no setup fee. Ever.

Real Press Tips From DTF Louisville

For blanks:

Use 100% polyester or tri-blends with 65%+ poly. Bella 3001 won’t work — it’s cotton. Go with Sport-Tek, Augusta, or C2. White and light colors only. Dark shirts need white toner or DTF instead.

For pressing:

400°F, 45–60 sec, medium pressure, hot peel. Use blowout paper on top and bottom. Moisture is the enemy — pre-press your shirt 5 seconds to steam it out. Ghosting? Your paper shifted. Tape it down.

For ganging:

Keep 0.1” between designs. Any tighter and colors bleed on press. Any wider and you’re burning money. Our builder locks it in.
