How do I move between VIP Tiers?
As a member of DTF Louisville Rewards, your VIP Tier is determined by your total points (Ink Drops) earned or your status level. You start at the Bronze tier and automatically upgrade to Silver, Gold, or Platinum as you accumulate more Ink Drops through purchases and social actions, unlocking higher discount rates and exclusive benefits.
What are the VIP Tiers and their rewards?
Bronze: Your starting tier when you join the program.
Silver: Reach this tier to unlock a 5% Off discount on your orders.
Gold: Reach this tier to unlock a 7% Off discount on your orders.
Platinum: Reach this tier to unlock a 10% Off discount on your orders.
How do I redeem my Ink Drops?
You can redeem your accumulated Ink Drops directly for exclusive discount codes within your rewards dashboard:
- 600 Ink Drops = 5% Off Your Order
- 800 Ink Drops = 7% Off Your Order
- 1,000 Ink Drops = 10% Off Your Order
How do I use my rewards?
Once you redeem your Ink Drops for a discount, you will receive a unique discount code. Simply copy this code and apply it during checkout on your next order.
Do my rewards or Ink Drops expire?
Yes, promotional reward codes issued through the program have an expiration period. You can view the specific expiration date of your generated discount code within your rewards account panel.

What happens to my Ink Drops if I return or cancel an item?
If you return an order or cancel a purchase, the Ink Drops earned from that specific transaction will be automatically deducted from your rewards balance.
Can I use my rewards and discounts on all products?
No. Rewards and discount codes are only valid for eligible products determined by us, including DTF Transfers, UV Stickers (UV DTF), and Sublimation products. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, restrict, or change the eligible product lines and reward availability at any time without prior notice.
