01
Garment Prep & Alignment

Smooth out all moisture and wrinkles with a short 2–3 second pre-press. Center and place your transfer graphic face-up.

02
Primary Press

Clamp at 290°F – 320°F for 8 to 9 seconds using maximum pressure to fuse the hot-melt powder into the yarn.

03
Immediate Hot Peel

Peel the transfer film right away while hot. Pull sideways smoothly across the garment at a low angle without jerking upwards.

04
Finishing & Seal Press

Cover with parchment paper or Teflon and press for 5 seconds. This locks the design, eliminates gloss, and boosts wash fastness.
